It takes two months from ordering to delivery. The shipment goes from the factory in Kunda Park to Brisbane where it is loaded as a part container load onto the most available vessel. The long journey goes via Japan and South Africa to Felixtowe docks in the U.K. It then takes another two weeks to clear customs and be delivered to Spennymoor, County Durham. Phew, it is always a relief when it arrives and we can unpack it to stock up the warehouse.
